Your new company and role
This VPS organisation has seen exponential growth over the last 12–18 months. After having recently received approval for a four-year-long strategic plan, they are now getting some exciting projects up and running. As such, they are seeking a Change and Communications Lead to engage relevant stakeholders across the business regarding new systems' implementation. This is a temporary role for 12 months, with a high chance of being extended beyond April 2025.
What you'll need to succeed
Demonstrated application of ADKAR methodology and experience leading change management activities
Ability to create and implement strategic communications, stakeholder engagement and change plans aligned to project objectives
Excellent stakeholder engagement and management skills
Project management – analysing activity, planning, timelines
Someone who can act as a support to employees through change, collaborating to identify and mitigate resistance and risks
