Join a close knit IT Team in a large retail organisation
About the roleYour role will include:
- Providing Level 1/2 IT Service Desk support to staff
- Ensuring all tickets are actioned in a timely manner
- Performing regular system checks
- Maintaining and updating system documentation as required
- Ownership of induction process for new starters
- Deployment of hardware
To be successful in this role, you will have some of the below:
- 1-2 years experience in a level 1/2 Service Desk position
- Degree in IT or related field
- Experience supporting Office 365 and Active Directory
- Experience with either MS InTune and/or SCCM
- Experience in laptop, desktop and printer configuration, deployment and maintenance
- Understanding of conference room AV Support
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Strong attention to detail
