Change Coordinator

Location Negotiable (subject to campus availability)

Temporary Full-time

Salary package of up to $149,366 includes a base salary of $119,757 - $132,188 + employer’s contribution to superannuation and annual leave loading

About the role

As a Change Coordinator you will play a pivotal role in facilitating the successful adoption and integration of changes within TAFE NSW, focusing on people, culture, processes, capability, and ways of working. This role is instrumental in designing, coordinating, and implementing change management solutions to mitigate the impacts of change and create a positive employee experience. Your day to day will involve engaging and collaborating with key stakeholders across the change program and broader organisation to analyse change impacts, refine change plans, build change readiness, and facilitate/coordinate employee engagement initiatives.

This is a temporary full-time role until 30th June 2025.

About You 

We are seeking a resilient, motivated and enthusiastic change practitioner who has:

  • A strong people mindset with a proven track record in collaborating with a diverse range of stakeholders to achieve positive change outcomes.
  • Effective communication and facilitation skills
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to identify and analyse change impacts.
  • Ability to understand complex problems and develop effective solutions.
  • Excellent organisation and time management skills
