Project Coordinator

Position:Project Coordinator

Position Type: Permanent, Full Time
Location: Rockdale, Sydney 

• Collaborating with project managers to develop project plans, including scope, goals, deliverables, and timelines. 
• Day-to-day coordination, allocation, scheduling, and tracking of field tasks.
• Coordination and communication with on-field supervisors for managing pre-field services workflows, inquiries, and information validation.
• Liaising with internal and external stakeholders to obtain relevant information.
• Accurate and timely entry of information in various client systems, including job claims, invoicing, general notes, and updates on scheduling status.
• Responding to incoming phone queries and emails in a timely manner.
• Managing change requests and modifications to project scope, ensuring proper documentation and approval processes are followed. 
• Demonstrating role model behaviour in punctuality, reliability, collaboration, and compliance with AAG’s Code of Conduct, Work Health & Safety policies, and wider business policies and procedures.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multi-task and maintain a meticulous level of attention to detail
• Demonstrated ability for management and engagement with various internal and external stakeholders.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications, in particular MS Excel.
• Capacity to manage a project end-to-end autonomously.
• Collaborative mindset that works well in a team environment
• Previous work experience as a Project Administrator or Project Coordinator

We would also strongly prefer if you had:

• Knowledge about NBN/Telecommunications.
• A degree in Civil Engineering, construction management or related disciplines.
