About the role:
As an experienced and collaborative Warehouse Coordinator, you’ll be responsible for efficient inventory management, and maintaining high standards of quality and safety. Your excellent communication skills enable effective collaboration with suppliers, teams, and transportation providers. With a proactive mindset and strong problem-solving abilities, you drive process improvements and contribute to operational excellence.
Your role as a Warehouse Coordinator:
- Commitment to work, health and safety performed with compliance to operational guidelines, company policies and regulations.
- Assisting in managing the loading dock for all incoming and outgoing goods.
- Prepare, collect, package and label goods for shipment.
- Optimize warehouse layout for stock order, containers, and supply management.
- Maintenance and control stock take, input, and output of purchase orders
- Move, transfer, and allocate spare parts to appropriate areas.
- Collaborate and lead with teams in sales and client services to ensure timely fulfilments.
General housekeeping to ensure organised work environment.
We would love to hear from people with:
- At least 2 years prior experience in warehouse / logistics/ inventory management role.
- LF (Forklift license) – Essential
- Experience with PRONTO or Advanced WMS and Systems Skills – Essential.
- Experience in freight bookings e.g. TNT, TOLL, DHL etc.
- Excellent communication skill both written and verbal to collaborate with internal teams and suppliers.
- Detailed oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
- Strong time management and able to task prioritize.
- Provide excellent customer service and liaise with clients.
- Pro-active team player and a high level of commitment and integrity
