We have several large scale and exciting Change Programs to meet the needs of the ever-changing airspace environment. The OneSKY and Aerospace Change Program will deliver next generation services including the future Civil Military Air Traffic Management System (CMATS), a joint initiative with the Department of Defence and the Royal Australian Air Force (RAAF).The Role & The TeamReporting to the OneSKY and Aerospace Change Director, you will assist with analysis and reporting of change activities as well as supporting communication and engagement across the program.As Change Coordinator, you will use your experience in change management to monitor change fatigue and ensure there is a consist application of established frameworks and tools across the program.You will have the opportunity to work collaboratively with a group of highly experienced change practitioners across our established change community of practice, where you will be supported and valued for who you are and the skills you bring.Please see the link below to view the full Position Description:The PersonOur ideal candidate will have:
  • Up to 5 years' experience in change management with a bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience in a related field.
  • Strong written and verbal communications skills
  • The ability to develop concise reports and provide insights based on a range of information including change impacts and project schedules.
  • Demonstrated experience in supporting and tracking change management activities on several projects simultaneously.
  • A bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
  • Certificates in change management from a recognised body is desirable.
  • Most importantly, you will have a passion for driving the best for our people and our organisation.
