About the Role
As a Change Coordinator you will be responsible for coordinating the Organisation’s Technology Change Enablement process and evaluating the impact of technology changes from both internal teams, external multivendor technology service providers, and partners to help ensure system stability and enhancements.
Assist in managing Enterprise ICT changes through the entire lifecycle of the Change Process - from assessment through to post implementation review. Working with a small team to ensure that changes are appropriately identified and reported for risk and impact review with both technical and business delegates
Skills and Experience
• Effective coordination of the end-to-end Change Enablement across a multi-vendor organisation including service integration.
• Acquire, maintain, and provide expertise and technical knowledge in systems across infrastructure and application layers from a technical Change Enablement perspective to gather relevant information for investigation and analysis.
• Support governance activities in accordance with the Change Enablement Process and Procedure and its adherence by all stakeholders.
Qualifications
• Appropriate Technical Change Management (ITSM) experience is mandatory.
• Previous experience working in a fast paced Digital solutions-based organisation as a technology Change Manager/lead, Coordinator
• ITIL4 qualifications and a sound understanding of the ITIL framework is mandatory.
• Extensive experience working with ServiceNow
• Experience, qualifications, or a sound understanding of Service Integration and Management (SIAM).
• Experience, qualifications, or a sound understanding of CMDB.
• Strong presentation, engagement & communication skills (written & verbal)

Eligibility
• Ability to obtain and maintain national police check.
• Australian Citizenship is a condition of eligibility.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a baseline security clearance with the ability to obtain and maintain a higher clearance if required by the Agency.

Salary: This role offers between $94,456 - $106,563 plus 15.4% superannuation depending on skills and experience.
