About the OPPORTUNITYWe have an exciting opportunity for a
Change Coordinator to join our team, supporting Maritime projects, based in Osborne SA.At BAE Systems Australia we embrace flexible work arrangements, including a 9-day fortnight and hybrid working.Reporting to the Project Manager - Change, you will be responsible for supporting and administering change process activities.
Key responsibilities include:- Ensure that change sentenced through the change boards is planned, managed and processed efficiently and effectively, including the preparation and distribution of agenda/minutes, and managing actions from the change boards
- Capture the impact of change, through analysis and reporting
- Support the delivery of an overall standardised and repeatable Project Change Management Framework/Organisation across all stakeholders; inclusive of IM&T infrastructure
- Provide guidance to stakeholders on the change management framework to enable a standardised and consistent application of change processes
- Work closely with stakeholders to enable the effective control of change across the program (including Engineering, Program Management, Finance and Operations departments)
- Maintain and enhance the program change metrics and reporting
About YOU- Demonstrated experience in project administration
- Awareness of Change Management methodologies would be desirable
- Experience in supporting meetings with senior stakeholders and reporting metrics
- Previous experience working within the manufacturing, construction or related industries would be desirable
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in MS Office suite, specifically Word and Excel
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Defence security clearance
