Project Manager - E-Commerce Solutions Implementation

We seek a highly motivated and organised Project Manager to lead our dynamic team of professionals in implementing comprehensive e-commerce solutions across 10+ brands within the Access Group portfolio. This role is pivotal in coordinating project efforts, managing timelines, and ensuring the highest standards of quality and efficiency in project execution to achieve customer conversions and sales.

Key responsibilities of this role include;

• Project Leadership: Guide and support a multidisciplinary team in the planning, execution, and completion of e-commerce projects, ensuring alignment with strategic goals. 
• Stakeholder Management: Serve as the primary liaison between internal teams, external partners, and stakeholders to ensure clear communication, timely updates, and stakeholder satisfaction.
• Resource Allocation: Efficiently allocate resources, including personnel and budgets, to maximize project success and return on investment.
• Risk Management: Proactively identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project timelines and deliverables are not compromised.
• Quality Assurance: Oversee the quality of deliverables, ensuring they meet Access Group's high standards and the specific needs of each brand.
• Process Optimization: Continuously assess and improve project management processes and methodologies to enhance team efficiency and effectiveness.
• Reporting: Provide comprehensive project updates and performance reports to senior management, highlighting progress, challenges, and strategic recommendations.

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Information Technology, or a related field. 
• Proven experience in project management, preferably in e-commerce or a related digital sector.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team towards achieving project objectives.
• Excellent organizational, time-management, and prioritization skills.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, capable of managing diverse stakeholder groups.
• Familiarity with project management tools and software (e.g., Jira/Confluence).
• Ability to work under pressure and adapt to rapidly changing environments and requirements.
