Your Role

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Project Manager to join our WA Team. This role is responsible for the management of, internal crews, contractors, quality, costs and efficiency of projects, safely and without defect. 

Your responsibilities will include:

• Liaise and co-ordinate with onsite team leads on responsibilities for the quality and efficiency of work at job sites to ensure site completion and client satisfaction
• Monitor and deliver projects in line with project documentation – considering scope, quality and safety requirements
• Ensure appropriate and timely organisation of plant, materials and crews 
• Establish and maintain short/long range schedules and forecasts including all resources, material and personnel
• Collaborate with key sub-contracting partners to improve delivery and business flexibility and ensure their compliance
• Direct daily activities and training of all field technicians and rigging staff to ensure safe execution of tasks
• Complete site audits and leadership interactions as dictated 
• Ensure accurate administrative actions – Replicon Hours, Projects, Leave
• Accurate analysis of engineering designs and design clarifications 
• Build and maintain stakeholder relationships for project and long term opportunities
• Responsible for the commercial outcomes of projects e.g., quotes, quality, safety, costs, BoMs, final claims, HoP Submissions 
• Establish and adhere to the reporting requirements of daily progress of project
• Oversee and manage of Greenfield and established sites
• Identifying and engaging with project stakeholders to maximise positive impacts and meet the projects objective
• Provide awareness on SWMS which is to be carried out for safe and effective methods to avoid potential liabilities on site
• Ensure the safety of the worksite, all staff, third parties and members of the public through OHS compliance at all times; including maintaining environmental compliance and promoting sustainability.
• Effectively guide teams to foster teamwork and unity, providing a supportive and productive workplace
• Continuously create a workplace environment that is consistent with the vision and values of SCS
• Provide operational leadership to all field staff including rigging and technical resources
• Adherence to all company policies and procedures

Successful candidates will need: 

• Min 3 years of Telecommunications experience (Telstra, TPG/ Vodafone, Optus, NBN Fixed Wireless projects)
• Recent work experience in the local market
• Project Management experience or exposure would be beneficial
• Eligible to work in Australia with no restrictions
• Telecommunications/Electronics/ Project Management Qualifications    
• Construction White Card Card
