Job description

You are an experienced Change Management professional, ready to drive transformative initiatives within Whiddon. You are a dynamic individual with relevant qualifications in business, change, or communications, or equivalent experience. You possess a strong understanding and expertise in Change Management principles, methodologies, and tools. Your track record includes navigating change or project lifecycles, conducting stakeholder analyses, change impact assessments, and evaluating organizational change readiness. You demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, exceptional communication, and interpersonal abilities. Your attention to detail and multitasking capabilities will ensure efficient task management.

As the Change Management Lead, you will be instrumental in driving transformative initiatives within our organization. Your responsibilities include conducting Change Impact Assessments to evaluate the effects of proposed changes, aiding in the formulation of comprehensive Change Management Plans, and engaging key stakeholders to ensure buy-in and support. Additionally, you will play a pivotal role in crafting and delivering clear communication materials to keep employees informed, facilitating training programs for smooth adaptation to new processes, and providing implementation support to project teams.

Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, you will monitor progress, address potential issues, and ensure timely execution and adoption of change initiatives. Moreover, your role will involve maintaining accurate documentation of Change Management processes and contributing to evaluation reports, ensuring transparency and accountability throughout the change implementation process.

We are seeking a Change Management Lead to provide implementation support, offer tailored quality advice, and enhance capability in Change Management processes for our high-priority projects. This is a full-time role based in Glenfield, Sydney.
