About the role  

Are you an experienced operational leader with a talent for leading change, project management and achieving results through effective communications?

Reporting to the National Sales Operations Manager, this collaborative role will design, build and embed he systems, processes and communications required in order to get the best our of our world-class field sales team. 

Success in this role hinges on stakeholder management, analytical skills and a continuous process improvement mindset. 

Key responsibilities include:  

• Develop strategy, produce, and enhance weekly and monthly field sales team communications
• Drive sales performance through active management of our performance scorecards
• Create and manage eDMs using Kalviyo, designed around monthly focus to deliver strategy
• Oversee design briefs to execution for the field team
• Prepare quarterly customer facing joint business plans, including major promotions and activations

Additional tasks you will support:

• CRM Processes (StayInFront)
• Ensuring data accuracy through master data governance
• Tracking and maintaining POS production oversight
• Launch and embed best practise database of key information for our talented sales team
• Developing strategic insights through data analysis and planning 
• Managing and continuously improving sales processes
• Launching safety and new starter induction 

What you’ll bring:  

• Strong background of proven expertise in FMCG or field sales operations
• Proficient in process improvement and adaptable to new work structures
• Experienced in leadership, sharing insights, and fostering diverse team skill sets.
• Familiarity with eDM, ideally through Klaviyo
• An excellent communicator- written, presentation and in person
• Proven Change Management and project management skill
• An understanding of sales performance, incentives, high performance team building etc from a liquor or retail environment (field sales experience preferred)
• Strong IT and database skills with a keen grasp of data analysis, performance metrics, and operations.
• Tertiary qualifications in business or related disciplines (ideal)
