What you will be doing
The Stream Lead Digital Clinical Change and Adoption Manager is responsible for establishing a change management strategy via planning, developing, implementing and leading change. This will include adoption and communication plans at a strategic level and will work with senior stakeholders to formulate specific Change and Adoption activities to achieve program/project outcomes. The role will operationally lead and manage all activities throughout the design and implementation lifecycle.

Position Classification: Health Manager Level 5
Remuneration: $161,042 - $180, 143 per annum excluding Superannuation
Hours Per Week: 40 (38 standard + 2hrs toward ADO)

Selection Criteria / Questions * Tertiary qualifications in Information Technology or Health and extensive leadership experience working in public health.
- Demonstrated superior expertise and a proven record of achievement managing a large and complex program implementation with Clinical Digital Health solutions in line with budget and project management expectations.
- Significant experience leading multidisciplinary teams in large and complex clinical/business – Digital Health transformation environments.
- Demonstrated high level leadership and influential skills when liaising and negotiating with stakeholders to meet project and team object and timeframes, whilst being responsive to emerging issues and priorities.
- In depth understanding of health processes, policy, and practices to inform clinical co-design of workflows and inform models of care.

COVID-19 Vaccination Compliancy
All NSW Health workers are required to have completed a primary course of a COVID-19 vaccine which has been approved or recognised by the Therapeutics Goods Administration (TGA). Additionally, Category A workers are required to receive a booster dose three months after completing the primary course of COVID-19 vaccinations. New applicants must have completed the vaccination course prior to commencement with NSW Health, or provide an approved medical contraindication certificate ( ) certifying the worker cannot have any approved COVID-19 vaccines available in NSW.
Acceptable proof of vaccination is the Australian Immunisation Register (AIR) Immunisation History Statement or AIR COVID-19 Digital Certificate. Booster doses are highly recommended for all health care workers who have completed the primary course of COVID-19 vaccinations.
