As a Change/Project Senior Consultant in the Government & Public Sector te am your impact will be seen by:
- Supporting the design and delivery of the organizational change management activities
- Delivering effective solutions to our clients
- Developing targeted engagement and communication approaches
- Establishing and executing role mapping processes
About you
You have a background in enterprise level change management; with skills in some or all the areas of organizational change management. You can analyze quantitative and qualitative data; driving insights that inform business decision making. You are a confident communicator, who uses different mediums to present their ideas.
You must be an Australian citizen and eligible to hold an AGSVA issued security clearance.
You’re passionate about being at the forefront of change and ready to help the PwC Defence Managed Services Team deliver consistent, high-quality contracting work that improves on the capabilities of the Australian Defence Force.
