The Change Manager will play a key role in delivery of a number of important projects and is responsible for managing the planning and implementation of the end to end change
management process. The role primarily focuses on the adoption of new processes and technologies by managing the change process across both internal & external stakeholders so
that benefits are realised.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver and drive the change management plan to ensure all internal and
- external stakeholders are informed and aligned to the key business initiatives and timelines.
- Planning of change management deliverables and schedules for the projects.
- Lead stakeholders to ensure clear definition of the change deliverables and monitoring
- assigned activities within the change plan.
- Timely identification of change risks and implementation of mitigation plans to ensure
- adoption of the change.
- Coach and support business leaders/change champions so that they own and lead the
- change in their respective areas.
- driving the implementation of impact assessments for specific areas, considering people, process and system impacts, as well as develop appropriate strategies to address those impacts
Desired Experience:
- Minimum 5 years Change Management experience in medium complexity projects.
- Previous experience of programmes across technology implementation is highly desirable
- Effective communication skills with an ability to connect across all levels of the business to ensure change management change management charter.
- An ability to influence & gain stakeholder buy-in by building strong & effective internal and external working relationships.
