We have a new position available that will support the change project via, championing and providing guidance to a team involved in an ERP transition, with further projects to potentially follow across the Thiess Group.The position manages stakeholder expectations about the program, generating buy-in to the solution, ensuring organisational alignment to deliver business engagement and change readiness.Thiess is the largest contract miner in the world and has recently acquired industry leading contractors MACA Mining and PYBAR Mining. This role is a foundational position within the Thiess integration team and will work initially on the ERP Integration project. While the role is offered on a one year Max-term contract with potential to extend, in the long term we are building a world class team of change professionals, and proven ability to deliver could lead to a long term career supporting Thiess as it continues to grow in the world mining industry.About You
- Bachelor's Degree in Organisational Change Management, Human Resources, Business, or a related field
- 3-5 years of end-to-end change management analysis/coordination
- Knowledge and understanding of the discipline, methodology, and practices of change management.
- Demonstrated track record of working in a similar role in complex change management projects - ideally within a mining, engineering, or construction environment.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to build trusted relationships.
- Certifications in change management (such as ADKAR), project management, ITIL, or related areas ideal but not essential
