THE OPPORTUNITY
CSR are in the process of an exciting transformation and have a new opportunity for a Change Manager to join our team based in North Ryde. This is for a fixed term 12-month contract.
This position will be responsible for scoping and developing change management plans and interventions to deliver change to, primarily, our Warehouse and Factory based staff across Australia.
About the role:
- Conducting change impact assessments for stakeholder groups for a specific project and documenting these impacts clearly.
- Managing the tactical delivery of change, communication, and training initiatives to ensure quality and consistency, aligned with CSR's Change Management Framework.
- Developing proposed interventions to mitigate risks arising from change impacts and reporting on business readiness to senior leaders.
- Building relationships with stakeholders to garner trust and coach leaders to successfully manage their people through change.
- Developing approaches to measure the success of change and training interventions and communicating results.
- Ensuring appropriate hand-over to BAU so that change can continue to be adopted and embedded.
About you:
- 3+ years' experience in developing and implementing change management strategies and plans to enable project outcomes.
- Excellent leadership, communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to negotiate and influence across diverse stakeholder groups to achieve a successful outcome.
- Ability to develop communications to meet a broad range of audience types, including front-line staff, managers, and executives.
- Enjoying working on multiple activities in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment.
- Experience in creating and delivering training material, including e-learning.
- Comfortable working with Project Management approaches, tools, and phases of the project lifecycle.
- Knowledge of work planning, status reporting, issue / risk management and reporting.
- Willingness to travel between various sites across New South Wales, Queensland and Victoria.
