Leading Australian Software Development Company requires Change Management Lead for a 2-year fixed term engagement for their North Sydney office.
As a Change Management Lead, you are responsible for leading the development and implementation of change management activities to underpin the delivery of a major project.
On a daily basis you will be responsible for:
- Develop, implement and effectively manage change management strategies to underpin the delivery of the project.
- Identify key stakeholders, assess their readiness for change, and develop tailored engagement plans to ensure their buy-in and support.
- Conduct impact assessments and stakeholder analyses to anticipate potential challenges and resistance and develop mitigation strategies.
- Develop and execute comprehensive change management strategies and plans, considering the impact on processes, systems, organisational structure and people.
- Lead communication efforts by creating clear, consistent, and engaging messages that convey the purpose, benefits and impact of the changes to internal and external audiences.
- Ensure project stakeholders have insight into each of the project stages, how and when they will be engaged, and how they will be kept informed of project progress.
- Ensure organisational change management plans are in place and implemented to support the internal transition to the new database.
- Develop clear go to market strategy in alignment with the phased build and release Plan.
- Tertiary qualifications in agriculture, change management, adult learning, communications, project management or a related discipline.
- Experience managing complex stakeholder relationships in the agricultural industries, preferably red meat and livestock – essential.
- Proven ability to develop, execute and evaluate change management programs.
- Highly developed stakeholder engagement and influencing skills, including the ability to establish and maintain complex relationships.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Development and implementation of business plans, adoption plans and commercialisation strategies
- Technical expertise in digital technologies and/or digital agriculture
- Experience working with data at scale, data processing platforms and associated technologies.
