Your team
The CPS 230 implementation project is responsible for Hollard's implementation of solutions to ensure operational resilience for our policyholders in line with Hollard's risk and complexity and Risk management framework and APRA CPS 230. You will get the opportunity to work alongside highly experienced insurance professionals and a wide range of SME’s from across the business in an interesting and fulfilling role.
Your duties and responsibilities:
- Develop a set of actionable and targeted change management plans (including business and technology communication plan, partner communication plan, education and training plan) to support the activities of the CPS 230 Implementation project
- Facilitate the implementation of the change management plans
- Continually evaluate and measure effectiveness of communications and training plans and activities, making appropriate adjustments as the project evolves
- Work with the Group Communications and Brand teams where required to seek advice and guidance on the appropriate communications mechanisms to use.
- Support the relevant leaders to manage communication and navigate their teams through change.
Your knowledge, skills, and attributes
- Must have experience in leading enterprise-wide change programs.
- Previous experience within regulatory change projects/programs is required.
- Must have ability to deliver results on time while working under time pressure and sufficient flexibility in task management to adapt to changing priorities in a dynamic environment is essential.
- Significant experience in senior stakeholder engagement and working with technical and non-technical staff.
- Excellent time management skills and proven ability to meet deadlines.
