About the position
The Digital Transformation branch in the Department of Parliamentary Services (DPS) is currently implementing a suite of digital ICT projects, including the rollout and adoption of Teams, SharePoint, and other software.
PIMS Evolution project stream will be embarking on a three year program to transition the Parliamentary Information Management System (PIMS), bespoke application managing core parliamentary business to a cloud based solution. The branch requires the expertise of an experienced Change Manager to lead the development and execution of change strategies and interventions that will ensure a supported and structured transition.
This position will be responsible for planning and delivering change activities that deliver effective stakeholder engagement throughout the project and high levels of adoption of the required systems, cultural and operational changes to support the realisation of the desired business outcomes.
About You
To be successful in this role you will have knowledge and application of change management principles, communications, methodologies and tools as well experience in using a variety of software systems; appropriate qualifications and/or equivalent experience in change management, marketing, and/or communications. Proactive communications skills are essential in this role.
