About the opportunity
We are seeking a Change Manager to deliver end-to-end change management activities across the organisation for projects and initiatives, including changes to processes, technology and organisation structures. The scope of work requires developing change strategy, writing communications and ability to engage with key stakeholders, and vendors that are critical to the project. This 12-month maximum term contract offers flexible work arrangements based at our Kelvin Grove head office.
Key activities:
- Manage the change aspect of projects and guide the integration of change management plans, deliverables and activities into the overall project approach.
- Develop change strategies that support achieving project outcomes.
- Conduct stakeholder analysis.
- Develop stakeholder engagement and communications approaches and plans to support introducing and embedding the change.
- Create and support delivery of communications for the relevant stakeholder groups.
- Identify and assess change impacts and potential resistance to change before developing and implementing best practice solutions.
- Develop learning strategies, training needs analysis, plans and deliver training.
- Support multi-disciplinary teams and stakeholders through the change process.
- Significant experience with completing end-to-end change management activities (including developing change strategies, stakeholder analysis, development and delivery of stakeholder engagement and communication plans, conducting change impact assessments and development and delivery of training plans).
- Experience supporting an HR transformation project (desirable).
- Strong experience with delivering change management activities within a project’s environment in a medium to large organisation.
- Exceptional stakeholder management and interpersonal skills to collaborate, negotiate and influence at all levels.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills – written and verbal, including the ability to consult, coach, mediate and facilitate workshops.
