We are looking for a Ecommerce Specialist with an entrepreneurial spirit to join our great head office team in Bondi Junction. In this role you will be involved in overseeing all aspects of our online sales channels, ensuring optimal performance and growth. This role encompasses CRM (Customer Relationship Management) and Performance Marketing functions to maximize customer engagement and drive revenue.
The Role:
- CRM (Customer Relationship Management)
- Monitor customer segment performance and behaviour to identify trends and opportunities for optimization.
- Implement direct mail campaigns based on segmentation and events to enhance customer engagement.
- Conduct customer surveys and utilize targeting strategies to personalize communications and promotions.
- Performance Marketing
- Manage all online marketing channels, including PPC, SEO, affiliates, display advertising, email marketing, and social media, with a focus on maximizing sales.
- Allocate budget across paid and low-cost channels to ensure a healthy split of sales.
- Target total order demand while focusing on acquiring full-price customers.
- Ecommerce Solutions
- Implement and manage ecommerce solutions to optimize the online shopping experience for customers.
- Utilize personalization and recommendation techniques to enhance customer satisfaction and drive sales.
- Conduct AB testing and implement conversion rate optimization (CRO) strategies to improve website performance.
- Other
- Manage feed management systems to ensure accurate product listings across various platforms.
- Monitor social media channels for customer feedback and engagement opportunities.
- Plan and execute social media campaigns to increase brand visibility and drive traffic to the ecommerce platform.
- Implement onsite retargeting strategies to re-engage visitors and improve conversion rates.
Key Attributes:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience in ecommerce management, CRM, and performance marketing.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Proficiency in ecommerce platforms, CRM software, and digital marketing tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
