The Role: In the role of Sales Specialist, you will deal with some of Australia's most succesful advertising agencies and most iconic brands. You'll be instrumental in propelling our expansion and nurturing enduring partnerships with both new and existing clients. Your focus will encompass sales excellence and account management within the Brand & Agency sector, coupled with supporting digital preservation projects in the Archive sector with some of Australia's most reputable Museum's, Galleries and Libraries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Leadership: Unearth new business opportunities, comprehend client requirements, customize solutions, and seal the deal.
- Client Relations: Cultivate and maintain client relationships, guarantee satisfaction and loyalty, and oversee the CRM database.
- Media Management: Enhance your knowledge of our media content management services to become the trusted advisor for clients, resolving their concerns and showcasing our value proposition.
- Archive Sector Engagement: Partner with management to advance digital preservation solutions.
- Strategic Growth: Formulate and implement strategies that align with our company’s vision and objectives.
Your Profile:
- Adept in problem-solving and critical thinking.
- A solid history of success in sales or client engagement, preferably within the media or preservation industry, but not mandatory
- Stellar communication skills and the ability to connect with a diverse range of stakeholders.
- Interest in the Arts, with a view that preservation of Australia's history is of significant importance.
- A goal-oriented individual with a talent for spotting and capitalizing on growth opportunities.
