My client's mission is to create the best social content, needing someone obsessed with Social Media, and culture. You’ll have strong team support but must be driven, curious, and self-sufficient. My client represents iconic Australian brands in a people-first culture.
Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain genuine and meaningful client relationships, understanding their needs through regular catch-ups.
- Manage daily communications and community management for a select group of clients, ensuring timely strategy development and implementation.
- Track KPIs to ensure targets are met or exceeded, and present response decks and new business proposals.
- Oversee boosting, performance reporting, planning, scheduling, calendar planning, and influencer management.
- Assist the creative team with content creation, social copy, and creative executions, contributing to ideation.
- Being resourceful in assembling the right team, and reporting to the Head of Content & Creative.
About you:
- Must have agency-side Social Account Management experience, ideally with 3+ years in the field.
- Lives and breathes Social Media, with proven ability to build meaningful client relationships and excellent communication skills.
- Strong skills in task and timeline management, with boosting/reporting and community management experience as a bonus.
- Values teamwork and creativity, working efficiently, and believes mateship creates magic.
