Job description

The primary purpose of this role is to support the Change Manager in assisting stakeholders adopt and embed the changes associated with the Finance Transformation program. A key element of this transformation is Project Thrive – an ERP implementation from Microsoft AX 2012 and Green Tree to Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365). Bringing a blend of technology and process changes to the organisation.
The role will support the Wilson Group purpose - to create enduring value, “for our people, customers, shareholder and the communities we operate in”.
This role is fixed term role until September 2025, this role is based in WA, (minimum 3 days on site).
Responsibilities Include:
• Assist with supporting stakeholders to “engage, adopt and use” the new technology and processes.
• Contribute to and assist with deploying the Change Plan.
• In conjunction with the Change Manager, lead the completion of the Detailed Change Impact Assessment, suggesting mitigation tactics, strategies, and owners to resolve gaps.
• Provide hands on support during each “hyper-care” phase to help sustain the Project Thrive outcomes, enabling the business to realise the benefits.
• Promote and educate the role and value of Change Management within the organisation.
• Assist with drafting of communication artefacts to support execution of the Communications Schedule.
• Ensure materials produced are inclusive and accessible.
• Support the Change Manager with Stakeholder Engagement, identifying potential risks and issues.
• Provide all members of the Project Thrive team with feedback, advice, and support, not limited to but including:
• Provide and receive peer review of documentation in a timely manner.
• Record risks and issues when observed, in the appropriate manner.
• Adhere to current Project Thrive practises and standards of document management.
• Comply with workplace polices and demonstrate Wilson Group values.
• Interstate travel as required for any key face-to-face meetings.
Role requirements:
• Demonstrated experience (3-5 years) in an ERP Change Management, Senior Change or Project Analyst role, with a primary focus on completing Detailed Change Impact Assessments.
• Collaborative and adaptable working style, with excellent interpersonal skills:
• experience in working with IT, Finance personnel, and project teams.
• able to elicit information from people and navigate ambiguous environments in a sensitive manner; and
• working across multiple time zones and cultures.
• Advanced communication skills:
• Experience in articulating opportunities for improvement to the user experience.
• Excellent command of grammar, attention to detail and editing skills.
• Experience in taking complex, technical information and present to audiences based on their needs.
• Highly competent with MS Office applications
• Experienced with the use of tools to engage audiences, such as Staffbase, Miro and video editing.
• Change management qualification (e.g., Prosci, ACMP) is desirable.
• Excellent planning, organisational and time management skills.
