The Channel Development Manager will play a key role in expanding the network of partners and driving the adoption of Grid Edge Infrastructure solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and onboard strategic channel partners, including consultants, developers, contractors, and installers, to promote our client's Grid Edge Infrastructure solutions.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with channel partners, providing them with the necessary training, support, and resources to effectively market and sell our client's products and services.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored solutions and support strategies for channel partners and their clients.
- Drive business growth by identifying new market opportunities, generating leads, and converting prospects into channel partners or customers.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform product development, pricing strategies, and promotional activities.
- Conduct regular performance reviews with channel partners to evaluate sales performance, identify areas for improvement, and drive continuous growth and success.
- Represent our client at industry events, conferences, and networking forums to promote brand awareness, build relationships, and identify potential partnership opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory requirements and industry standards, maintaining the highest levels of integrity and professionalism in all business dealings.
- Prepare regular reports and updates for management, summarizing key achievements, challenges, and opportunities within the channel partner network.
- Uphold our client's commitment to sustainability, innovation, and customer satisfaction in all interactions and activities.
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, engineering, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
- Proven track record of success (minimum 5 years) in channel partner management or business development roles, preferably in the energy or infrastructure industry.
- Strong understanding of Grid Edge Infrastructure technologies, market dynamics, and customer needs.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment, driving alignment and achieving shared goals.
