With a culture of genuine care, a flexible approach to work and opportunities across the group to grow your career and make a meaningful impact, the possibilities for what we can achieve together are endless.What you'll doParticipate fully within the Digital Media Creative Team, contributing to creating a respected and valued service to deliver highly customer-focused outcomes, and demonstrate a commitment to excellence and continuous improvement.Work in consultation and collaboration with marketing servicing teams and copywriters to ensure creative solutions developed are of the highest quality.Daily management of team members developing capabilities within the businessWork closely with Senior Creative Capability Manager to lead strategic capability projects within Chapter to deliver continuous improvement across the teamAssign chapter initiative tasks and check the status of deadlines, outstanding tasks and backlog with the use of a project management toolBuild strong, sustainable relationships with Squad leads by providing targeted support, tracking outcomes, providing guidance, and acting as the key contact for daily delivery challenges.What you'll bring

• 5+ years Digital agency/in-house studio experience working in a senior designer/creative lead role, experienced in leading a team of creatives
