Charter Flight Co-Ordinator

Tasks

• Working within Charter Team, your main responsibilities would be to ensure that private Charter Flights are managed from initial enquiry, quotation, booking of aircraft to the completion of the charter
• Build and maintain relationships with key travel bookers over your assigned client portfolio
• Build and maintain relationships with operators
• Assist in growing operator database and ensure operator and fleet data is accurate and up to date
• Manage charter requests from clients in a timely manner
• Manage and communicate all booking changes as required
• Create flight briefs and post flight reports
• Ensure all flight bookings adhere to our legal and compliance guidelines
• Manage client and supplier invoicing requirements
• Adhoc reporting requested by clients
• Domestic travel may be required from time to time to visit clients and operators
