A Casual Position, 3-4 days, available for immediate start for days and the occasional night (early finishes 9:30pm) with great career advancement opportunities in our growing organisation.
We are Frank Food & Wine - Espresso and brunch by day and Natural wines, cocktails and bistro food by night - tucked into the green rolling hills of Maleny in the Sunshine Coast hinterland. We pride ourselves on using high quality ingredients, free range meats and eggs, no palm oils, high quality fruit and vege, local butcher, all to create beautiful food we won't compromise on.
Experience in cafes is a plus. Speed and consistency will be important. Im looking for good food hygiene, good rotation attention, no corner cutting. A great product every time. Pride in your work. A passion for delicious food, recipes and flavour.
Immediate start.
We're also super keen to sign up an apprentice that can work nights with us. This position will give you a broad education of our high quality cafe foods and the Euro fusion, bistro, share plate style we do at night under chef Connor Cox.
