Responsibilities: As a Chef at Hellenika, you will:
- Work closely with the Sous Chef and Head Chef to prepare and cook high-quality Mediterranean dishes.
- Ensure all dishes are prepared and presented to the highest standards.
- Assist in menu development and contribute creative ideas to enhance our culinary offerings.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation in your section of the kitchen, adhering to food safety and hygiene standards
- Assist with inventory management and ordering supplies as needed.
Qualifications and Skills: We are seeking candidates who possess:
- Previous experience as a Chef/Apprentice Chef or similar role in a reputable restaurant.
- Strong culinary skills and a passion for Mediterranean cuisine.
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow within the culinary field.
- Relevant culinary qualifications or certifications are a plus.
