AddressWe are looking for creative and skilled individuals for Apprentice, Chef de Partieand Sous Chef positions to assist our Head Chef in running this beachfront restaurant.
The successful applicant will be someone who is passionate about their work, is a dedicated team player, who has demonstrated experience in a similar working environment and who is keen to adapt in these ever changing times.

The applicant must have experience with very high volume kitchens as well as have the following attributes;

- be a great communicator
- be punctual and reliable

- ensure the highest possible standard of hygiene is maintained
- keen eye for presentation and attention to detail
- experience in bulk cooking
