Relaunching under New Management. You will be supplied with mentoring and guidance along the way. Also with the tools to be creative with your own chief specials.
About the role:
We have full and part time positions available on a 5 day rotating roster.
Grow your industry knowledge and experience
Contribute innovative ideas and solutions as part of a broader Leadership Team
Deliver creative seasonal breakfast, lunch and dinner menus
Ensure a high level of food quality and consistency at all times
About you:
Demonstrated experience as a Sous Chef working under the leadership of the Head Chef
Great organisational skills to allow consistent and high quality food at all times
Valid Food Safety certificate
Genuine passion for the industry and ability to work under pressure
Ability to adhere to occupational health, safety and food regulations
Contribute to a fun, team-oriented, customer-focused atmosphere
Excel in a fast-paced, high volume kitchen
