Viaje Coffee is looking for a passionate casual breakfast chef to join the young and supportive team.

Just wanting to give you a brief on our recent menu launch and the concept behind it:

Chill crab - inspired by Malaysian and Singaporean flavours

Miso scrambled - inspired by Japanese flavours

Mala tomato - inspired by Chinese mala flavour

Beef Bulgogi Scrambled - inspired by Korean flavours

Chorizo En Salsa - inspired by Colombian flavours

What? Additions to the scrambled eggs menu focused on adding Asian inspired flavours to the scrambled eggs.

Why? Because Viaje is the Spanish word for journey, and we want to take the customers on a “journey” - a journey around the world to different places.

It is a fairly small venue with a small kitchen where you will have plenty of support from the owners and the team to create some interesting seasonal brunch dishes.

Kitchen hours are:

Weekdays 6:00 - 14:00

Weekends 6:30 - 14:00

This role will be suitable for those who:

- loves to start early & finish early as a chef

- is passionate to show your creativity rather than doing same old preps & services

- is sick of too much politics in big companies and wants to focus on cheffy works

- loves handling fresh & quality produces and turning them into your beautiful creation

- enjoys unlimited caffeine at work

Experience isn't as important as an enthusiasm to learn and great offer will be made for the right candidate.
