If you are an experienced breakfast Chef or Cook with a passion for Italian cuisine and are looking for an annual salaried role with roster that offers you sought after scheduled leave on weeknights and weekends and salaried benefits, look no further! Located beachside, you’ll be part of a creative and professional team who’ll deliver a relaxed and fun café dining experience as well as work closely with the Head Chef to deliver a menu which highlights high quality seasonal local produce with a traditional Italian flair.
To be successful in this role, you will have proven expertise in a breakfast café chef/cooking position where you have worked closely with the Head Chef in mentoring kitchen staff as well as being proactive in managing food hygiene and safety practices and creating a loyal and regular clientele. You will lead with passion and offer energy and enthusiasm for South Australian business and seasonal local produce based on homestyle Italian flavours.
