Qualifications & experience
- Ideally be qualified Chef / Cook
- Experience in Traditional bistro type menu
- Must be prepared and capable of leading the kitchen on certain days.
Tasks & responsibilities
- We are seeking a passionate, reliable, food professional who wants to be part of a small team to use their creative experience to deliver consistent quality food. Your role would be to support the senior chef during this period.
- The period required of this position is approx. 8 to 10 weeks.
