• Experience of minimum 3 years in kitchen
• Can be from restaurant or cafe background
• A passion for great food!
• Experience with menu development, food applications and preparation
• Excellent communication skills and professional presentation
• Thorough understanding of OH&S and Food Safety practices
• Management of all areas in the kitchen and food safety paperwork
• Strong leadership skills and able to lead a team
• A high attention to detail with a hands on approach
• Ability to multi task and work in a fast paced, dynamic work environment
• Reliable and willing to work
