We are looking for experienced Chef/Cook required for an Busy Indian restaurant in South fremantle.

Skills:
· Experienced in the kitchen as a Chef /cook
· Demonstrate strong leadership skills.
. Ability to work in a team
· Advanced communication and organizational skills
· Ability to work under pressure and extended hours of work when needed
· Must have flexibility to work on a rotating roster including public holidays and weekends as well as a minimum of 38 hour/week
· Cooking and oversee kitchen operations including stock take and stock check.
· Inspect all food products, prepare food as ordered by customers.
Must have experience in all South and North Indian cuisines.
