Chef De Partie

Longbeach RSL is a large venue recently undergone major renovations located in the heart of Chelsea with a 180-seat full-service restaurant, 80 gaming machines, TAB/Keno, sports bar, and multiple function rooms.

We are looking for a Chef de Partie to start straight away (preferably).

This is a Casual position with the potential to go full time for the right person. 

The Role

• Passion for food and produce.
• Having a high standard of food hygiene, safety, infection control and cleanliness in accordance with HACCP guidelines.
• Self-Motivated, Professional, and strong attention to detail.
• Report to the Head chef
• Work Part of a team
• Qualified Chef’s with relevant industry experience 
• Solid understanding of cooking techniques with a flair for modern presentation
• Well-presented and punctual
• Availability to work a variety of shifts.
• The right to work in Australia.
