The Role
Seeking a confident and experienced Chef de Partie to join the team. Working closely with the kitchen team, you will have the ability and experience to support a busy tourist destination.
Skills & Attributes
Previous experience as a Chef de partie is highly desirable
Clear communication skills with a high level of organisation
Ability to work as part of a team
Understanding of rostering and ordering
Good work ethic
