The RoleAs the Chef de Partie, you will be responsible for providing an efficient and cost-effective food service, with the smooth day-to-day operation in a Commercial Kitchen consisting of a rotating roster over breakfast, lunch & dinner, with consistent superior guest focus at the forefront of all activities.
You will assist in overseeing all kitchen employees, including training and performance development. You will be responsible for providing delicious meals according to menu for guests residing at the Resort. You will also liaise with front of house staff to ensure smooth and efficient delivery of daily services.
Skills & Experience- Previous experience as a Chef de Partie
- Excellent communication skills
- Proven ability to work within a team and autonomously
- Ability to prep and organise ahead
- Current First Aid Certificate (desirable, but not essential)
- HACCP experience essential, with a high emphasis on food hygiene
It is preferable that you possess either a Certificate 3 or 4 in Commercial Cookery (or equivalent)
