Yoko Dining Restaurant is looking for a Chef De Partie. This position is a full-time ongoing position,
working 38 hours per week based in Brisbane City, QLD.
They will be responsible for the following duties:
· Work across all sections of the kitchen, from cooking over fire to pastry and larder
sections
· Work with the head chef and sous chef on the creation and implementation and
development of new dishes.
· Train junior team members to the Yoko Dining standard
· Stock ordering and regular stock-takes
For this position it is expected that you would possess the following qualifications/work
experience:
· 3 years minimum experience required and experience
· Relevant Associate Degree, Advanced Diploma or Diploma;
· Experience in Japanese cuisine a plus not essential
$73, 000-$78, 000 per annum + 11.5% super
