We're looking for an experienced Full-time Chef de Partie with great work ethic, passion and strong knowledge across a variety of cuisines! Your hands on approach will see you be a successful team player. Working closely with both back and front of house your communication skills will be exceptional.
This full-time role is an equally rewarding and challenging position.

The Chambers is an establish café/restaurant in Cairns City with a focus on tasty brunch, delicious flavours and beautiful presentation of the food and drinks! The focus is on local ingredients utilising the very best available.
Required Skills
- 3+ years' experience as a Chef de Partie
- Experience with Breakfast/brunch/lunch a la carte service
- Ability to thrive in a fast paced environment
- Organised and quick learner
- Trade qualified (or equivalent experience)
- Trustworthy
- Reliable

Experience/Availability
- Experience in a 7 day a la carte operation offering breakfast, lunch and private functions dinner
- Team focused and passionate about the industry Solutions driven and flexible
- Full-time - early morning, weekend and occasional evening work required
- Available long term
