We are looking for a Chef de Partie who is ready to believe in delivering quality meals to our members and guests, and who take pride in creating and serving meals to a high industry standard.

Responsible for the following:-
- Input into menu design including photo cards, recipe cards, costings, implementation and training of staff in regards to menu dishes
- Assist in Running of the kitchen
- Assist in the Management of staff
- Dealing with customers
- Ability to step in & run kitchen in Sous Chefs absence
- Constant guidance & training of apprentices
- Responsibility for all aspects of HACCP
- Ensuring daily procedures are met ( temp checks, cleaning logs, receiving of goods etc)
- Reaching weekly/monthly targets cogs, wages, KPI
- Making sure all meals are plated to a high standard & in conjunction to recipe cards, photo cards
- Ordering
- Monthly audits
- Rostering
Hours of Work
4 Day Work Week - 38 Hours each week.
No Split Shifts
