SalaryThe Mulberry Group are looking for a Chef De Partie to join our expanding group. With venues including Hazel, Dessous, Lilac Wine, Liminal, Heide Kitchen, Square One Coffee and Common Ground Project Cafe, the role comes with lots of opportunities for growth.
The role will work specifically with our Head Chefs to execute our mission, which is to support the communities around us and have a positive impact, by creating authentic experiences for our customers.
The role will have access to structured Leadership Development programs that have been designed to develop the management capabilities of employees in our group.
About the role
As the Chef De Partie reporting to the Head Chef, you will:
- Prep, cook, and plate delicious food.
- Assist the Head Chef and work collaboratively with other team members.
- Lead by example on food hygiene and occupational health and safety.
- Train and oversee junior staff.

The right candidate will ideally have at least 3 years of experience in a busy cafe or restaurant environment with experience as a Chef De Partie previously.
