We’re inspired by the glamour era when great hotels were palaces for celebrity stays, secret rendezvous, gala events and indulgent escapes. Front Desk were tight-lipped and presidential suites were actually for Presidents.
Our historical building once housed Melbourne’s original luxury automobile showroom. We’re reviving this history of extravagance but without the stuffiness of yesteryear. Our Kitchen brigade along with our Executive Chef will be bringing back the classics with uncompromising quality. A little British flamboyance reminiscent of London's Chelsea and Mayfair.
