Shangri-La Sydney is looking for a Chef de Partie to join our breakfast team in creating exceptional experience for our guests in a Full Time or Part Time capacity.
As our new Chef de Partie, you will be experienced in various cooking techniques, have a flair for creativity, and understand multiple sections of the Kitchen, including grill, larder, and pastry. You will be passionate about presenting and serving dishes of the highest quality, using seasonal local Australian produce.
What we are looking for:
- Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or in a similar role
- Holder of Certificate III in Commercial Cookery
- Effective communication skills and the ability to work seamlessly as a part of a team
- Capable of working in a fast-paced environment and adjusting to changing priorities and guest preferences.
- Working rights in Australia
You will be paid on an hourly wage basis under the Hospitality Industry General Award 2020.
