The Role
Reporting to our talented Chef de Cuisine, and guided by our new Executive Chef, you will work with seasoned industry professionals in a motivated brigade who are dedicated to providing the highest quality food experience that celebrates the best of Asian Cuisine.
The Talent
As Chef De Partie you will;
- Assist in the management of the kitchen team, leading by example
- Drive guest satisfaction by delivering an exceptional culinary experience
- Foster a culture of teamwork and engagement with a Can-do attitude
- Assist with workplace health and safety procedures
- Manage stock levels and stock orders
- Assist in the development of junior staff
- Possess a Certificate III in Commercial Cookery
