AddressWe are looking for an experienced Chef de Partie to assist our Head Chef with smooth operations in the kitchen!
The Ideal Candidate Must Have:
- Demonstrated experience as a Chef De Partie
- Wok experience and knowledge in Asian cuisine is highly regarded
- Exposure to high-volume, fast-paced restaurant environment is advantageous
- Solid understanding of food safety standards
- Stock control and ordering experience
- Resilient and able to perform in high-pressure service periods
- Willing to learn
- Strong work ethic and a “can do” attitude
- Ability to work autonomously as well as within a team
- Excellent communication
- Able and willing to work a rotating roster including weekend, public holiday, early morning or late-night shifts
- Commercial Cookery Certificate 3 or above is advantageous
