We are looking for a Chef de Partie to join our growing team at the Healesville Hotel. We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work, has a positive attitude and a growth mindset. There is a lot of potential to grow in this role and within the group.
We are looking for people who are passionate about producing great food, from pub classics to fresh & seasonal specials.
Qualifications & Experience
- Experience as a CDP is required (min 2yrs)
- Cooking of all sections
- Understanding of stock control and waste minimisation
- Knowledge of all kitchen procedures, food handling and workplace safety.
- Food safety certificate
- Commercial cookery cert 3
Tasks & responsibilities
- Cooking pub/hotel food in accordance with the Menu and standards
- Monitor food stock controls
- Attention to detail in Plating presentation.
- Ensure health and safety regulations
- Training staff
