Chef De Partie Healesville Hotel

We are looking for a Chef de Partie to join our growing team at the Healesville Hotel. We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work, has a positive attitude and a growth mindset. There is a lot of potential to grow in this role and within the group. 

We are looking for people who are passionate about producing great food, from pub classics to fresh & seasonal specials.

Qualifications & Experience

• Experience as a CDP is required (min 2yrs)
• Cooking of all sections  
• Understanding of stock control and waste minimisation
• Knowledge of all kitchen procedures, food handling and workplace safety.
• Food safety certificate 
• Commercial cookery cert 3

Tasks & responsibilities

• Cooking pub/hotel food in accordance with the Menu and standards 
• Monitor food stock controls 
• Attention to detail in Plating presentation. 
• Ensure health and safety regulations
• Training staff
