We have an exciting opportunity for a professional, energetic Chef de Partie to join our team of talented chefs at Hôntô. We are looking for chefs who have a passion for the hospitality industry and delivering a high-level of service. This will require:
- 2+ years experience working as a chef, with experience in a busy and professional environment
- Passion and enthusiasm is essential
- Ability to learn new techniques and sections
- Good communication and attitude
- Organised with a love for well executed food
- Course completion of use hygienic practices for food safety and participate in safe food handling practices

Responsibilities
- Create a positive guest experience by delivering a high-level product.
- Mise en place and breakdown.
- Section management.
- Develop an in-depth understanding of the restaurants' concepts and menus.
- Partake in ongoing on-the-job training to improve personal and team performance

Salary - $70,000 to $75,000 per annum plus Superannuation
